Itz Trophy Hunting Ranch offers guided trophy axis and whitetail deer hunts just 12 miles south of historic Fredericksburg, Texas.

Trophy south Texas whitetail deer genetics were introduced to our high-fenced ranch in 2002. We maintain a quality management control program, with high protein feed offered year-round.

Our ranch is operated and managed under father and son; Jeremy and Matthew Itz.
