Itz Trophy Whitetail Hunting Ranch offers guided trophy whitetail deer hunts
just 12 miles south of historic Fredericksburg, Texas.
Trophy south Texas whitetail deer genetics were introduced to our high-fenced ranch in 2002. We maintain a quality management control program, with high protein feed offered year-round.
Weekend whitetail deer hunts begin on opening day of season, and include lunch and a guide.
Itz Ranch has four roomy blinds, large
enough to accommodate father and son, and a
guide in each.
Two stocked
ponds are available for catch-and-release
catfish, bass, and perch fishing.
Our cabin is
available so that you will rest in comfort
when you are not out hunting or fishing.
